He is in nursery

When Calvin turned 18 months old he started going to nursery, but he didn't like to stay there without us. But after a few weeks, today he finally stayed for the whole class and it was REALLY nice hehe We hope that he will keep liking it. My baby boy is growing so fast!!

28 weeks doctor appointment

Last week I had my doctor's appointment. I got there at 3:55p.m. to drink the liquid for my glucose test, then I went to my normal appointment, everything went good, the baby's heartbeat was great and my belly was measuring 29 weeks. After the appointment I went back to the lab and the nurse drew my blood. I got the results for my test and I did pass, so I don't have gestational diabetes this time. Yay!!!
Now I will have appointments every 2 weeks.

Daphne's 5th BDAY Party

So, after we came back home from our trip, we finished preparing for Daphne's party. We had the party on May 2nd and it was a lot of fun. The theme was Galinha Pintadinha and everything turned out really cute. She had her friends over, the food was good and seeing the happiness in her face made me so happy.

Trip across country - part 1

Andrew was invited by his friend to be the best man at his wedding in Washington D.C. on April 11th. So we planed everything and drove there :) We were able to go to a lot of different places and it was awesome.

Day 1-2: We left home on April 3rd (Friday) around 6:00 p.m. and drove all the way to Lawrence, KS and got to spend a couple of hours there visiting friends.

Then we left and drove to Rita's home in Princeton, KY.

Day 3: It was Easter Sunday and General Conference. We spent the day at home watching Conference, having Easter egg hunts between sessions and talking. Allison, Thomas, Julia and Macy were there for the weekend so it was really nice to be able to see them.

Day 4-6: We just enjoyed the free time around the house and the kids played a lot.

Day 7: We drove from Princeton, KY to Vienna, VA to our hotel. We got there late at night and just went straight to bed.

Day 8: We spent the day in Washington D.C. going to museums and all kinds of places around there. It was nice and it was full, every place we went was crazy.

Day 9: We packed our stuff and went straight to the temple for the sealing. It was a beautiful day, but really windy! Rita stayed outside with the kids in the visitor center and Andrew and I were able to go inside the temple.

After the sealing we spent some time going around and looking at stuff, then we drove to the reception that was in White Plains, MD.

After the reception we drove to York, PA to our hotel.

25 weeks doctor appointment

Monday (20th) I had my 25 weeks doctor appointment. Everything looks good, the baby was moving around, the heart rate was at 144 bpm. My belly was measuring 26 weeks even though I look in the mirror and I'm looking huge already hehe

Kids doctor appointment

Today I took the kids to their check ups. They look great!!

Daphne's stats for her 5 years old check up:

Weight: 53.9 lbs (94%)

Height: 46 1/2 in (97%)

Calvin's stats for his 18 month check up:

Weight: 29.4 lbs (90%)

Height: 34 in (90%)

Calvin had 3 shots and wasn't happy about it, but he was already playing by the time we left the place 😊

20 weeks ultrasound

Last Friday I had my ultrasound appointment and I was so excited to go see my little boy again. So Andrew came from work early, and he went with me, Daphne, Calvin and Chloe to the doctor. We got to see our little baby moving around and everything is perfect!! He was weighing 15oz and measuring 21 weeks and 5 days. Again he wouldn't show us his profile, this time he had his hand on his face most of the time and was pressing his face against the placenta.
