38 weeks doctor appointment

Today I had my appointment with the doctor and I found out that I'm already 4 cm dilated and 90% effaced. I couldn't believe that I'm basically half way there and I'm not in labor. The doctor told me that the baby can be born anytime now, just my body has to decide to. Pretty soon I'll have my baby boy in my arms, it is so exciting.
